This position requires a proactive approach to customer service, where you will need to defuse any customer situations and provide timely resolutions to ensure satisfaction. In addition to customer interaction, you will be responsible for maintaining the sales floor's appearance and organization. This includes keeping the area clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing. You will also be involved in inventory processes, ensuring that merchandise is accurately checked in and ticketed. Collaboration with your team is essential, as you will work together to keep the sales floor ready for customers by re-merchandising products, filling testers, and straightening displays throughout the day. Your enthusiasm for beauty and commitment to customer service will be key to your success in this role.
