About the position The Part-Time Housekeeper position at WoodSpring Suites in Abilene, TX, is designed for individuals who are committed to providing friendly and responsive service to guests while ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for a variety of cleaning tasks, including deep cleaning rooms after guests check out and maintaining cleanliness in occupied rooms during extended stays. You will also assist in laundry duties and prepare housekeeping carts for daily operations. In addition to housekeeping duties, you may also be required to assist Guest Service Representatives by greeting guests, helping with check-ins and check-outs, and managing room assignments. This position may involve cleaning public areas, such as the lobby and restrooms, and assisting with maintenance tasks to ensure the facilities are in good condition. You will be expected to respond promptly to any emergency situations, including police, fire, or weather-related incidents, ensuring the safety and well-being of guests and staff. The job functions are not all-inclusive, and you may be assigned additional duties as needed to support the team and enhance guest experiences.
