Job Description
The Executive Student Recruitment Team at our private school is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and enroll prospective students, promoting the schools unique programs, values, and community to families. This team works closely with admissions and marketing to create recruitment campaigns, organize open houses, and establish relationships with feeder schools and community organizations. The Executive Student Recruitment Team is expected to provide exceptional support and guidance to prospective families, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience throughout the admissions process. Ideal candidates are strategic, personable, and committed to showcasing the schools strengths to build a diverse and engaged student body.
