Education/Degree Requires BS or BA Degree in field or similar Experience Requires 3 years of experience as a health care administrator. Experience in the latest versions of Microsoft Visio. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Access, SharePoint, and Project. Proficiency in the basic Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Pro. Job Details Faculty management support to FMB within the SED. They are primarily responsible to collect, analyze, and evaluate faculty record data, and make sound recommendations based on findings. Administrators shall interface directly with a variety of METC program and Academic Affairs staff. Administrators shall maintain the instructor records located in the faculty databases. Provides monthly metrics and analysis to executive leadership, on compliance with requirements via status slides and reports. Provides briefings to the Branch, Division and/or executive leadership on mission essential areas affecting METC’s ability to maintain qualified instructors. Coordinate with higher echelons; Army, Navy, and Air Force educational activities and METC institutions to meet identified training needs. Reviews the qualification standards of instructors (on commissions of higher education rosters) and reports status quarterly. Provides weekly reports to Department Chairs and Program Directors on significant issues impacting their instructor qualifications. Provide monthly report to the Services and METC leadership regarding instructor qualification status. Veterans are encouraged to apply.
