As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of data for inbound shipments. Your responsibilities will include the timely and accurate input of information required to coordinate shipment movement from foreign origin to domestic destination, as well as preparing Importer Security Filings. You will be responsible for efficiently tracking freight both online and via phone communication channels, ensuring compliance and accuracy in the upload and review of inbound documents. Your role will also involve regular audits of entered data to maintain data integrity and identify any discrepancies, as well as completing departmental and/or customer account-specific tasks as requested by managers. You will contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed, supporting the DJS mission, vision, and values through excellence, competence, collaboration, accountability, and ownership. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent. , • Ability to quickly grasp and apply new concepts, demonstrating adaptability in a dynamic work environment. , • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with proficiency in phone communication. , • Strong interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration within the team and with stakeholders. , • Professional demeanor and appearance, projecting a polished and approachable image. , • Punctuality and dependability, consistently meeting deadlines and commitments. , • Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities, with exceptional planning and organizational skills. , • Proactive problem-solving mindset, taking ownership of tasks and seeking solutions independently. , • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. , • Ability to work both independently on assigned tasks and collaboratively within a team, while also being receptive to guidance and direction. , • Proficiency in Office 365 suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word.
