• Healthy Young Minds (HYM) provides mental and behavioral health care via teletherapy. Since day one, we have worked to ensure more families have access to the behavioral and mental health care they need to thrive. Currently serving clients in 6 states with plans to expand to all 50 states, Healthy Young Minds also accepts Medicaid, enabling HYM to reach a population that has typically faced significant access to care issues.

HYM provides a full range of therapeutic services to meet the developmental and mental health needs of children, teens, young adults, adults and their families, including behavioral therapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, music therapy, art therapy, counseling and testing. HYM also specializes in the assessment and treatment of developmental delays and offers a full range of therapies focused on early intervention At a Glance: • Remote, work from home position • PT & FT, 1099 & W2 options • Caseload flexibility, 10 hours/week minimum • Availability: After school, evenings and weekends highly preferred (to match demand) • Paid Indirect time / Admin hours commensurate to caseload • W2 positions: 401k and 9 Paid Bank Holidays • W2 positions: $500 Annual Continuing Ed Stipend for • Case consultation, team support and professional development are all available • Must be willing to work with children from diverse backgrounds • Pediatric population, with limited opportunity to see adult clients • No health benefits yet • Starting @ $65 per hour Healthy Young Minds is looking for a licensed skilled, dynamic Mental Health Counselors: (LCSW) with teletherapy experience who are independently licensed professionals who do not currently require formal supervision. Healthy Young Minds believes that matching a child’s needs to a provider based on expertise allows for more efficient and effective therapy. Through our telehealth model, families can access therapists with a wide range of qualifications and expertise. Mental Health Counselor duties and responsibilities: • Performing services in a teletherapy setting. • Creating treatment plans to suit the individualized needs of a diverse population of patients. • Educating patients, family, and caregivers about disorders and therapeutic strategies. • Keeping detailed records relating to patient conditions, care plans, therapies, and progress • Reporting progress and current status to appropriate parties, including caregivers, teachers, medical professionals, and insurance. • Complying with federal and state therapy regulations • Maintaining required state and national licenses. Minimal Mental Health Counselor requirements: • MUST have a valid state issued professional counseling license. ( LCSW). • Strong understanding of conditions, causes and treatments of a variety of disorders. • Independently licensed professionals who do not currently require formal supervision. • Excellent coaching and verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency with computers, Zoom and healthcare EMR's. • Proficiency in administering teletherapy.'
