Job Overview: We are seeking adetail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: ? Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. ? Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and a friendly attitude. ? Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events. ? Maintain and update client records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality. ? Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents as needed. ? Assist with billing, invoicing, and processing payments. ? Order and manage office supplies and equipment. ? Coordinating training sessions ? Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, filing, and mailing. ? Collaborate with team members to ensure the efficient flow of information and operations. Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus. ? Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role. ? Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software. ? Strong organizational and time-management skills. ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ? Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. ? Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. ? A positive attitude and a strong work ethic. ? Experience in the healthcare or social services field is preferred but not required.
