Analyst-Risk and Compliance

We are looking for an experienced Analyst-Risk and Compliance to join IBM's team and help shape the future of our organization. As part of the Risk and Compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operations adhere to applicable regulatory standards and internal policies.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance regulations, risk management practices, and organizational processes. Moreover, you should have the ability to analyze financial data and identify risks. You should also be highly organized, have strong problem-solving skills, and be able to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:? Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field? 5+ years of experience in risk and compliance? Proven experience in financial data analysis? Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills? Assist in developing and maintaining compliance documents and procedures. Create reports to provide updates to management on compliance and risk management activities. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations related to risk and compliance.
