Primary Duties of the CNA: ? Provide care to multiple residents in the facility. ? Observe and respect Resident Rights. ? Assist with personal care and daily living activities. ? Support nurses in admitting, transferring, and discharging residents. ? Help nurses with treatments and resident assessments. ? Assist with restorative and rehabilitation care under appropriate supervision. ? Consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality by arriving as scheduled. CNA Required Qualifications and Experience: ? A current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of practice. ? Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively. ? Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances require it. ? Capability to work harmoniously with other personnel.
