Cyber Security Analyst (Jr.)

About the position ISPA Technology is seeking a Junior IA Specialist to provide cybersecurity support for expeditionary warfare programs at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD). This role involves ensuring the operational integrity of information systems and supporting the mission of the Analysis, Tactics, and Simulation Division. The position requires involvement in project management, risk management, and compliance activities related to cybersecurity. Responsibilities ? Provide project management support including generation, tracking, reporting, and presentation of contractor personnel schedules. , ? Develop Certification & Accreditation packages and track their progress. , ? Report on risk metrics, compliance costs, and audit findings/mitigation actions. , ? Prepare monthly status reports summarizing work performed, progress, and cost expenditures. , ? Utilize the Department of Navy Risk Management Framework (RMF) process, including Navy eMASS artifact and data submission. , ? Conduct Security Technical Implementation Guidance (STIG) analysis and validation. , ? Assist in generating, tracking, and reporting lab documentation, including standard operating procedures and procurement documentation. Requirements ? Experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF) is a MUST. , ? Experience with eMASS is a MUST. , ? Ability to provide Linux RHEL 8 support. , ? Detail-oriented and eager to learn. , ? Proficient in basic computer operations (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.). , ? Must be a U.S. citizen. Nice-to-haves ? Bachelor's Degree in a Cybersecurity related field is highly desired. , ?
