Full Job Description WESTFIELD LOGISTICS CORP is looking to expand business to the NEWVILLE, PA area. We need responsible, safe, friendly, reliable, AND enthusiastic Delivery Drivers with at least one year of relevant experience to join our team! Company Vehicle Provided! No CDL Required. Paid Training! We are looking for full-time, part-time and seasonal drivers. Routes typically run between 90-130 stops per day depending on the area. Work day/hours related to how efficiently the work is done. There are a few requirements to become a driver and are as follows: Qualified applicants MUST meet the following criteria: Eligible to work in the US ? At least 21 years of age ? Clean Motor Vehicle Record ? Clean Criminal History/Background Check ? Previous work-related driving history (at least 1 year within the last 3 years, must be able to verify. ? Applicable work-related driving history: ? Tractor-trailer driver ? Taxi/Uber driver ? Mover ? Furniture Delivery, etc. ? Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen ? Able to pass physical ? Capable of delivering 90-150 stops and 150-200 packages daily ? Professional and courteous ? Reliable transortation to and from work ? No misdemeanors in the last three years ? No DUIs or DWIs ? No record of accident ? No record, citation or conviction of using a hand-held mobile phone while driving ? No more than one moving violation in the last 12 months ? No more than 3 moving violations over the last three years ? No felonies in the last seven years Duties and Responsibilities Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times. Use a handheld device for routing information and customer delivery information. ? Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area. ? Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered ? Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers. ? Lift packages up to 150 lbs. ? Able to get in and out of the truck and walk up and down stairs through your shift ? Collect signatures from recipients ? Keeping the vehicle clean and in good condition
