Establish and nurture customer relationships, following up as needed. ? Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. ? Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. ? Communicate effectively to efficiently meet customer needs while driving business development and growing our book of business in auto, home, life, health, and mortgages. QUALIFICATIONS: ? Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service. ? Sales experience preferred (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing). ? Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty License. ? Ability to obtain a Life/Health License. ? Willingness to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals. ?
