Our corporate office is dedicated to maintaining client satisfaction, fostering strong relationships, and delivering top-tier professionals to meet the dynamic needs of our clients. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our corporate office team. This role will focus on recruiting professionals for the Multi-Family industry, assisting with client satisfaction, and filling open job orders with active and available temporary employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Responsibilities ? Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the Multi-Family industry. , ? Utilize various recruitment platforms and strategies to attract top talent. , ? Assist with maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs. , ? Communicate regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction with placed candidates. , ? Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally. , ? Work closely with the recruitment team to match available temporary employees with open job orders. , ? Ensure timely and accurate placement of candidates to meet client requirements. , ? Maintain an up-to-date database of active and available candidates. , ? Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment and client management. , ? Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports. , ? Support other team members as needed. Requirements ? High School diploma or GED required. , ? Previous experience in recruitment, particularly within the Multi-Family industry, is a plus. , ? Strong interpersonal and communication skills. , ? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. , ? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software/tools. , ?
