Reach Shaily Sharma - 9084874334 Email: shaily(at)zilliontechnologies(dot)com // 9084874334 Multimedia Designer / Graphic Designer / E-learning Designer Location : Remote and Onsite Twice a week ( Pensacola, FL ) Duration : Long-term ongoing open ended contract To design and develop complex multimedia elements (graphics; animations; audio; video and print) and apply agile techniques to develop Interactive Multimedia Instruction; Web based training, video-based learning solutions, and software simulations to support employee learning and development initiatives and business unit objectives across the organization. To create courseware to meet business unit training needs and enhance the employee learning experience. To provide multimedia services to help deliver key communications and enable greater productivity. Works under limited supervision. Uses moderate discretion to modify work practices/processes. Adapt and learn new learning technologies and delivery approaches. Collaborate with a team of experienced developers and instructional designers to implement innovative and creative learning multimedia solutions. Conduct digital video production such as planning, taping, editing, sound mixing, design, compression, and output. Responsible for the production of complex, interactive multimedia presentations and web-based training, created to present and clarify complex subject matter to diverse audiences. Qualifications: ? Significant experience in creating animations and interactive elements for e-Learning courseware in animation software ? Significant experience in developing graphical user interfaces ? Significant experience in managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goals ? Significant experience in multimedia development and production, preferably in a corporate setting ? Significant experience in providing direction and guidance for multimedia projects from a conceptual phase through implementation and in the completion of design and production projects/processes ? Significant experience in recording/editing audio, video, and digital photographs for eLearning courseware and other media formats ? Significant experience in working and participating in cross-functional, multidimensional teams and projects ? Advanced knowledge of media principles, including an understanding of the uses and advantages/disadvantages of different media channels ? Advanced knowledge of training techniques and practices ? Advanced analyzing and resolving design problems with unique and creative solutions ? Advanced database and presentation software skills ? Advanced organizational, planning and time management skills. ? Advanced research, analytical, and problem-solving skills ? Advanced skill capturing and translating processes and requirements into easily understood terms ? Advanced skill communicating with all levels within an organization ? Advanced skill exercising initiative and using good judgment to make sound decisions ? Advanced verbal and written communication skills ?
