Manifests the foundational nursing skills specified by the organization to ensure continual and proficient care provision. ? Carries out the initial assessment appointment and regularly reevaluates the patient's nursing needs. ? Sets in motion the arrangement of the care strategy and any essential amendments. ? Provides support that demands a high degree of specialized nursing knowledge. ? Embarks on the appropriate preventive and rehabilitative nursing interventions. ? Writes comprehensive patient visit notes and care conference summaries promptly, in accordance with Agency regulations. Qualifications ? Before the hire date, a current and valid RN license, temporary RN license, or compact RN license from the State Board of Nursing is required. It is imperative to have a valid licensure for practicing as an RN. ? CPR required. ? A minimum of one year of recent, provable experience as a licensed RN is a prerequisite for the role. ? Preference will be given to candidates who have recent licensure and hands-on experience in long-term care, skilled nursing facilities, or rehabilitation settings. Benefits ?
