Replenishment Assistant

Join us and help us deliver the best shopping experience for our customers. Ensure timely and accurate replenishment of merchandise on the sales floor. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure that the store is adequately stocked at all times. Collaborate with the store management team to identify and prioritize items that need to be restocked. Receive and organize new merchandise shipments, and accurately enter them into the inventory system. Conduct regular stock checks to identify any discrepancies and take appropriate action to resolve them. Work closely with the visual merchandising team to ensure that all products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner. Assist in setting up displays and promotional areas to highlight new and popular items. Keep track of product sales and make recommendations for restocking based on customer demand. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the stockroom and sales floor. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any customer inquiries or concerns related to product availability. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security procedures. Continuously seek opportunities to improve replenishment processes and identify areas for efficiency.
