High Ticket Sales Representative (Remote)

Role Overview: We’re seeking a driven High-Ticket Sales Representative to join our remote sales team at Sales Recruiting University, a 60 person sales recruiting service business that helps small businesses across the US scale their commission based sales teams. You’ll need to bring your A-game to every call, as you'll be handling 15+ appointments a week, generated through our advertising department. If you're a closer with a consultative selling ability, a passion for helping businesses grow, and the determination to succeed in a high-pressure, high-reward environment, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct remote sales presentations via Zoom, selling our $15K, three-month service package. • Manage your CRM efficiently, ensuring all leads are followed up properly. • Close deals and consistently meet or exceed performance expectations. • Uphold our mission, vision, and core values with a strong work ethic and commitment. Compensation: • Commission-Based: 10% base commission on all sales + bonuses. • Onboarding Compensation: $500 weekly training pay for the first 4 weeks = $2,000. • Earning Expectations: • Month 1: $4,000+ • Month 2: $6,000+ • Month 3: $8,000+ • Month 4+: $10,000 to $20,000+ per month Ideal Candidate: • Proven success in B2B high-ticket sales. • Experience in building or leading sales teams, or running a business. • Strong business acumen with the ability to consult and close deals confidently. • Excited about our mission, vision, and core values, ready to commit to a high-performance role.
