Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including commercial spaces, hotels, and residential properties. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and ensuring that all areas are spotless and welcoming for clients and guests. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, lobbies, and guest rooms. Sanitize surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment for all occupants. Conduct floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning. Handle custodial tasks including waste disposal and replenishing supplies as needed. Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests promptly and courteously. Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies in good working condition. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning tasks. Skills Experience in commercial cleaning or residential cleaning preferred. Knowledge of proper sanitization techniques and floor care methods. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently. Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients and guests. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques is a plus. Basic cooking skills may be beneficial in certain settings.
