Your mission

As a Sales Specialist, Process Intelligence Solutions, you will be a solution specialist, leading our Process Mining and Discovery pursuits in an assigned territory. The team is an overlay team so you will collaborate with general sales executives to provide subject matter expertise on application and how the UiPath Process Intelligence Solutions is able to address the client’s needs. As our Sales Specialist, you will drive proactive campaigns to build pipelines, use specialized knowledge and skills to prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close opportunities across enterprise and strategic customers.

What you'll do at UiPath
  • Proactively create and drive sales pipeline; seek out new opportunities and expand and enhance existing opportunities to build the pipeline for Process Intelligence Solutions.

  • Maintain knowledge of Process Mining & Discovery competitors in accounts to strategically position the company's product and services to enable the customer to achieve transformation through testing automation.

  • Build relationships and go-to-market plans with key system integrators, partners, and OEMs.

  • Understand the industry and market segment in which key accounts are situated and integrate this knowledge into consultative selling.

  • Leverage existing C level relationships in the software market with global accounts.  

  • Provide support to Sales Executives and Sales Leaders in territory and provide input regarding business and deal development expertise, while ensuring seamless integration of specialist sales with other sales activities. 

  • Establish a professional and consultative relationship with the client, up to and including the C-level by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry and positioning the company as the preferred vendor for meeting all business needs.

  • Invest time working with and leveraging external partners to deliver sales.

  • Direct or coordinate supporting sales activities.

What you'll bring to the team
  • Multiple years of experience with enterprise software with expertise in Process Mining and Discovery tools.

  • An understanding of complex ERP, CRM systems, AI/ML, DevOps, Agile development, and PM/PD concepts and tools.

  • The ability to learn fast, as well as to operate in a fluid and dynamic environment evident in a hyper-growth organization.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Demonstrated leadership and initiative in successfully driving specialty sales in accounts - prospecting, negotiating and closing deals. 

  • Demonstrated achievement of progressively higher quota, diversity of business customers and C-level customer interface.

  • This role can be based remotely in the United States with travel requirements that could be up to 50%.
