Key Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate calendars for executives, ensuring efficient scheduling. • Respond to emails promptly and professionally. • Perform general administrative duties as assigned. • Prepare and edit documents and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word). • Utilize tools like Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration. Qualifications: • 2-3 years of administrative experience supporting C-level executives in small or medium-sized businesses. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Reliable internet connection and the ability to work remotely.
