The Ward Team is seeking a Data Entry Clerk / Document Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting data, organizing files, and ensuring the integrity of our digital records.   • *Responsibilities:**

- Input and update data into our database system with a high level of accuracy - Organize and maintain digital files and documents in an efficient manner - Ensure data integrity and security by following company guidelines and protocols - Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate on tasks and projects - Complete assigned tasks within designated timelines and meet quality standards

  • *Requirements:**

- Proven experience in data entry or document management - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data input - Proficiency in using computer systems and database software - Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment

  • *Salary Range:** $29 to $40 per hour
