About the Role: Pro Therapy Network is expanding—and we’re looking for experienced Physical Therapy Recruiters to join us on a freelance basis. If you’ve recruited Physical Therapists or Clinic Directors before and want the flexibility to work on your own terms without micromanagement, this is your opportunity. We’re not hiring beginners. We’re looking to partner with skilled recruiters who already know the PT space, understand how to source qualified candidates, and want to get paid well for every successful placement. You’ll have access to ongoing job openings across the country—and the freedom to set your own hours and workload. What You’ll Do:
- Source and place Physical Therapists and Clinic Directors into outpatient clinics nationwide
- Use tools like LinkedIn, job boards, and your own network to find qualified talent
- Collaborate with our internal team to fill high-priority openings quickly
Who We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience recruiting Physical Therapists (required)
- Access to sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, resume databases, and the skills to use them.
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Based in the U.S.
