  • Permanent position, Monday through Friday
  • Hours: 7:30 am — 4:00 pm (1⁄2-hour lunch)
  • No evenings

  • Knowledge of order entry processes is a plus
  • Basic math skills for numerical data entry
  • Ability to organize and maintain physical and digital files
  • Familiarity with data collection methods and tools

Responsibilities

  • Transcribe data from various sources into electronic format
  • Enter data into designated databases and ensure accuracy
  • Maintain and update files as needed
  • Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation
  • Assist in organizing files and collecting data as required

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles is beneficial
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
