Recruiter I (Contingent)

Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Amazon via Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Amazon Amazon is seeking 'Recruiter I'

Key Responsibilities

• Recruiters will be100% front end sourcing, no client engagement.
• Posting job vacancies and promoting roles on various social media platforms.
• Conducting initial resume reviews and providing feedback to candidates.
• Generating reports and documenting interview outcomes.
• Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively.
• Capturing market data and insights to inform recruitment strategies.
• Sourcing passive talent and selling open positions to them.
• Developing job postings that accurately represent the roles and participating in job fairs and recruitment events.
• Mostly focused on data center sourcing (engineers, HVAC, facilities & operations).
• Must be very strong/comfortable making calls, not emailing.
• Expected to have phone contact with 3-5 candidates per day to prep for a minimum of 15 screened applicants per week.
• Available to attend daily sourcing sessions (6-7 sessions per week)

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Experience with ATS
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the recruiting field.

Skills

• Strong understanding of candidate profiles and success profiles.
• Experience with pipeline reporting.
• Advanced skills in Excel and experience with reporting metrics.
• Ability to turn around candidate feedback in a timely manner.
