This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 6:00 am - 6:00 pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 19500 IH 10 W San Antonio, TX 78257. We offer 6 weeks of paid on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be aligned with your schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Operate data entry devices to perform a variety of data entry duties across functions including Claims and Network Operations.

  • Review and verify work of lower level employees in a lead role.

,

  • Complete basic tasks without review by others, while requiring supervision for higher level tasks.

,

  • Apply knowledge and skills to activities that often vary from day to day.

,

  • Demonstrate a moderate level of knowledge and skills in own function.

,

  • Solve routine problems independently and work with supervisor to solve more complex problems.

,

  • Prioritize and organize own work to meet agreed upon deadlines.

  • Collaborate with others as part of a team.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED

,

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

,

  • 1+ years of administrative support experience, or experience with database management, data entry, or data management

,

  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

,

  • Basic phone, filing, and typing skills

,

  • Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 6:00 am - 6:00 pm from Monday to Friday onsite in our San Antonio office, including flexibility to work occasional overtime based on business need.
