Responsibilities
- Drive the primary study focusing on understanding customers across all entertainment categories, both domestically and internationally.

- Lead custom insights and research projects that support high-profile strategic initiatives.

- Collaborate with insights and finance teams to track changes in entertainment behavior and Disney's performance across key sectors.

- Conduct analyses to answer key business questions from Executive Leadership, ensuring consumer insights are integrated into modeling and brand strategies.

- Guide the work of one direct report and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in strategic consulting, market research, business analytics, or related fields.

- Demonstrated ability to influence others through data-driven storytelling and collaboration.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and integrate insights from multiple data sources.

- Exceptional project management skills with a strong sense of accountability.
