Are you detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in administrative operations? Join our team at 1Source Home Solutions, a growing company in the construction industry! We’re looking for a Remote Part-Time Operations Coordinator to support our dispatching and job management processes.Position Details:

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 4:30 PM – 9:30 PM EST
  • Occasional weekend work as needed
  • Fully remote position
  • Part-time role with potential for growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Intake jobs from emails and client portals into our company’s dispatching system
  • Review and manage job-related photos using Adobe and Dropbox
  • Ensure smooth job flow by monitoring, updating, and managing projects within our system
  • Provide timely and professional updates to clients regarding job status
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to job coordination

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and QuickBooks Desktop
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with dispatching tools and job tracking systems (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated in a remote setting
