Online Leadership Instructor for Teens & Young Adults

Anticipated to be Up to 12 hours/week Fix price of $900/Month Target Student Age Group: 13?24 We?re looking for a dynamic Leadership Instructor to join Superstars of Tomorrow, a live, game-based online workshop that empowers teens and young adults (ages 13?24) to build real-world leadership skills?confidence, public speaking, goal-setting, time management, collaboration and more. ?? Your Responsibilities (Weekly) 1) Deliver 2 weekly 45-minute live classes based on our interactive game-based curriculum (sessions will be recorded) (Content outline and details provided) 2) Deliver 6 explanatory short video ( 2-4 min ) of each designed activity weekly 3) Produce 1 promotional webinar per week targeting parents and young adults, including a 15?20 slide presentation and a 45-minute recorded session covering: What Leadership is Why teens need it A compelling promise to teach _how_ in the workshop the students learn the skills they need These webinars will be used to attract new students and educate parents. You will use storytelling, examples, and emotional hooks to drive impact. 4) Write 2 long-form blog posts weekly (500?800 words) on relevant leadership topics like confidence building, decision-making, communication, etc. 5) Provide 5 short-form content ideas per week for 60-90 second Reels, TikToks, or 7-9 slide carousels to help us grow an engaged audience relative to your expertise based on our course material 6) Attend 2 status meetings a week ? *Payment will be made weekly based on completed milestones, with continuation subject to satisfaction at the end of each weekly milestone ??

Requirements

English as your first language Strong experience teaching or public speaking Career experience in leadership, coaching, education or organizational development Comfortable on camera and capable of delivering engaging educational content for both students and parents Organized, responsible and committed to all weekly deliverables (Red) By accepting this role, you grant Superstars of Tomorrow (SOT) full and unrestricted rights to use, reproduce, edit, and distribute all video content created in connection with this project?including your image, Video, voice, and likeness?across all platforms, in perpetuity.
