Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Live Chat Support specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to our clients and residents through our online chat platform. This role is essential in ensuring a positive experience and timely support for all inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and professional responses to inquiries via live chat.
  • Assist clients and residents with questions and concerns regarding our services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.

Qualifications

  • 1-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

  • Proficient in using live chat software and other communication tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
