Workday Absence Consultant (Remote - USA)
job summary: Seeking a talented Workday Absence Consultant to support a high-impact government client engagement.
- Remote (US-based only)
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Workday Absence configuration/support
- Government experience preferred
location: Cleveland, Ohio job type: Contract salary: $70 - 73 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities:
- Drive Workday Absence configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
- Lead or support functional design sessions and document configurations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align absence processes with business goals
- Analyze, enhance, and implement improvements to optimize performance
qualifications:
- 2-3+ years of hands-on Workday US Absence Management experience
- Strong experience with configuration workbooks, unit testing, and support
- Ability to operate independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment
- Workday Absence Certification (Required)
- Prior government project experience a big plus!
