Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of materials such as presentations and guides.

- Attend meetings, design reviews, and work sessions.

- Design against existing specifications, storyboards, and prototypes using Adobe InDesign or similar applications.

- Coordinate with the operations team for printing needs and specifications.

- Perform graphics and photo editing, including airbrushing, masking, and image retouching.

- Prepare sample layouts for approval and feedback while leveraging style guides.

- Select appropriate type size and style, column width, and spacing for various mediums.

- Store and file all work and art files for handoffs or historical archiving.

- Other duties as needed.
Requirements
- 1+ years of related professional experience.

- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign and Illustrator) and Apple Keynote.

- Excellent project/time management skills with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Deep understanding of adult learning and organization improvement principles.

- Ability to understand business strategy and translate it into learning solutions.

- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
