German Speaking​ Card Dispute Specialist Nexi Group & TP - this is where technology meets passion for customer service! • Handling Cases and Solving Problems:

Investigate cases, communicate with customers via email or phone, and help prevent fraud. Translate messages between German and English and follow all rules and policies related to card services.

• Keeping Records and Following Rules:

Write down case details carefully, take part in checks and audits, and make sure all actions follow the rules.

• Working with Teams and Partners:

Cooperate with other teams (like Sales, Finance, or Compliance) and outside partners to ensure smooth operations. Helping team members with tasks, suggest ideas to improve processes, and supporting training activities.
