As a remote entry-level healthcare recruiter, you'll play an integral role in helping us build and maintain relationships with both healthcare candidates and employers. Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with healthcare providers to understand their staffing needs and recruitment goals.
• Source and identify qualified candidates for various healthcare roles through job boards, networking, and direct outreach.
• Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and reference checks to ensure a perfect match for client needs.
• Maintain and update candidate and client records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and employers.
• Build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations to help meet their recruitment goals.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A keen interest in healthcare and the recruitment industry.
