About the position The Aviation Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Chantilly Air will serve as a primary point of contact for customers and crew utilizing the Chantilly Air Jet Center. This role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced business aviation environment. The CSR will assist with various tasks, including scheduling aircraft arrivals and departures, booking accommodations, and collaborating with Line Service. The position requires a high level of confidentiality and professionalism, as the CSR will represent the company in all customer interactions. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively under pressure. The CSR will also be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing payments, and resolving issues efficiently. This role emphasizes a customer-first approach, anticipating client needs to ensure superior satisfaction while adhering to safety protocols and company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and crew at the Chantilly Air Jet Center.

  • Assist with scheduling aircraft arrivals and departures.

  • Book accommodations for flight crews and customers, including hotels and ground transportation.

  • Process payments and manage financial accounts for customer transactions.

  • Open and maintain customer accounts, providing product and service information.

  • Retain records of customer interactions and services provided.

  • Resolve customer issues in an efficient and cordial manner.

  • Anticipate customer needs to provide superior satisfaction.

  • Participate in safety programs and uphold a Safety-First culture.

  • Learn and apply all relevant airport and company policies, laws, and regulations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.

  • Valid driver's license is necessary.

  • Proficiency in English language skills (e.g., B2 proficiency level or equivalent).

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.

  • Ability to meet the minimum physical requirements of the job.

  • Must pass pre-employment and random drug screenings, background checks, credit checks, DMV checks, and employment verification.
