As a Live Chat Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our online community, providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Responsibilities ? Respond to live chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to our online community. ? Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner. ? Utilize knowledge of our products and services to address customer questions and provide solutions. ? Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns as needed. ? Consistently meet or exceed customer satisfaction and quality metrics. ?
