Factory Worker-DayShift- 7:00am-3:00pm
Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated team member to join our BNX TruFilter manufacturing facility BNX Converting, LLC. As part of this team, your main responsibility will be to assist the production team in manufacturing air filters. You will gain or expand your experience in a factory environment with an opportunity to learn as much as you are willing to. This will include the following job duties. Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist to operate our pleater machine line, which produces the pleated filter sheets used for air filters.
- Assisting with the packaging line, which consists of shrink wrapping the final product and inspecting the final product for holes or tears.
- Acting as a runner to bring the production team more materials as needed.
- Performing quality inspection on the lines to ensure all materials are within spec.
- Stretching or resizing the pleated sheets as needed, so they fit their respective air filter dimension size.
- Packaging finished products, inspecting final packaged products, ensuring correct quantities are inside of the carton as well as checking the carton label of the product so that the product matches the carton.
- Communicating with the rest of the team to ensure that there is always production material on hand.
- Assisting with factory clean up at the end of every shift.
