MD Sales

To plan, organize, direct, and control activities in support of the Company's sales organization strategies. Achieves revenue goals within an assigned district/region or on an account basis. Essential Functions

• Organize and lead a sales team consisting of leaders and sales representatives.
• Achieve revenue goals.
• Provides leadership in training, coaching, communications and performance evaluations.
• Experience in recruiting and building a sales organization. Excellent human relations and communications skills.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/equivalent. Minimum Experience Significant professional experience in commercial/industrial sales required including demonstrably successful management experience. Formal leadership experience in a sales organization required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred Qualifications: This is a Departmental Job Notice at the EVP level. Pay: Minimum: $10,845.00 /mo. Maximum: $20,815.00 /mo.
