Virtual Customer Representative (Entry Level)

We are seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service and gain valuable experience in a dynamic work environment. Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and feedback
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and navigate computerized systems efficiently
- Prior experience in client services or an office setting is a plus
- Multilingual skills are advantageous but not required
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer support
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
