Part-Time Lead Bookkeeper - Client Manager
REMOTE PART-TIME LEAD BOOKKEEPER / CLIENT MANAGER Your Front eOffice (YFeO) is looking to hire a part-time accountant who lives anywhere in the states of Illinois, Tennessee or Florida. Do you love taxes but hate the stress during tax season? Or are you an accountant who wants to learn something new and broaden your accounting knowledge? We’re looking to hire someone that can work at least 20 hours per week. This is a remote position, and we want a superstar ⭐ who will be with us long-term. As part of our team, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients while being their main point of contact, providing top-notch customer service, handling all core bookkeeping functions and building financial work processes, including but not limited to data entry, expense coding, accounts payable and receivable management, inventory management, reconciliations, analysis, financial app integrations and more. - 3+ years of accounting experience (bookkeeping or tax).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite, experience with BILL, DEXT, and Sales Tax software (i.e. Avalara, TaxJar) is a major plus!
- Have a solid grasp on technology and learn how to navigate new programs easily
- Ability and confidence to troubleshoot independently
- Confident and strong written and verbal communication skills to correspond with other teams and clients
- Must be in the United States (ideal if you're located in IL, TN, FL)
