Job Title: Real Estate Administrative Clerk Job Type: Remote Job Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrative Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day administrative operations of our real estate business, helping to support agents, clients, and other team members. The position involves various clerical duties, document management, and client interaction, ensuring smooth transactions and office efficiency. Key Responsibilities: tProvide administrative support to the real estate team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing appointments. tHandle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and messages related to property listings, clients, and transactions. tMaintain accurate records of property listings, transactions, and client data in the company’s database. tAssist in preparing real estate contracts, agreements, and other documents for review and signature. tCoordinate and manage property showings, open houses, and client meetings. tAssist with the preparation of marketing materials for listings (flyers, brochures, online ads). tOrganize and maintain filing systems, both paper and digital, to ensure quick access to property and client information. tHandle client inquiries and provide timely responses regarding property availability, status, or general information. tAssist with property inspections and the coordination of repair or maintenance services when necessary. tEnsure compliance with local real estate laws and regulations, maintaining a high level of confidentiality. tProvide general office support, including ordering supplies, handling mail, and maintaining office organization. Requirements: tHigh school diploma or equivalent; a real estate license or certification is a plus but not required. tPrevious administrative or clerical experience in the real estate industry is preferred. tStrong communication skills, both written and verbal. tProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with real estate software. tExcellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. tAttention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. tStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, agents, and team members. tAbility to work independently as well as part of a team. tKnowledge of local real estate market and trends is a bonus. Working Conditions: tMonday to Friday, {remote job}. tOccasional evening or weekend work may be required based on property showings or client needs. tOffice environment with occasional travel to properties as needed.
