Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and manage gifts in the donor database, including various donation types and payments.

- Set up new gift batches and process donations within 24-48 hours, ensuring proper coding.

- Create tribute accounts and manage matching gift donations.

- Generate tax receipts for all donors promptly.

- Maintain and update constituent records based on new information.

- Create mailing lists for appeals, events, and newsletters.

- Conduct regular CRM maintenance to ensure data integrity.

- Respond to donor inquiries via phone and email.

- Perform additional data entry and projects as needed.

- Run queries and reports to support various departments.

- Organize donor lists for events and manage CRM automation.
Requirements
- 2+ years in gift processing and CRM management

- Previous experience in a Non-Profit is required

- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
