Job Responsibilities
- Arrive 15 minutes before all sports when assigned
- Wear appropriate uniform as required to support your position as an umpire
- Make calls that are consistent and correct with the laws of your Sport
- Maintain a good position and make appropriate calls
- Must attend on-field Training for your Sport
- Communication with your assignor, coaches, players, and co-workers.
- Manage the game as an official.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with players and coaches
- Ability to manage conflicts and maintain a positive environment during games
- Experience working with children, fostering a supportive and engaging atmosphere
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Enthusiasm for sports, particularly baseball, is a plus
