Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues efficiently. Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the airline, travel, or hospitality industry. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism. Proficiency in basic computer applications and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a customer-first approach.
