Airbnb Cleaner

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Airbnb and Residential Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and rental properties, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for our clients. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning tasks , including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care to maintain the appearance and hygiene of various surfaces.
• Manage housekeeping duties such as laundering linens and towels, as well as cooking when required.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored after use.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Requirements

• Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques and floor care practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean and sanitize effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team setting.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
