Junior Social Media Manager
Spotware Systems Ltd is looking for a Junior Social Media Manager to join our growing Marketing team and help manage and grow our online presence. The Junior Social Media Manager will oversee the execution, scheduling, and quality control of daily social media content across multiple social media accounts. This role ensures brand consistency, efficient content coordination, influencer/KOL collaborations, and content creation management while using tools for scheduling and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Content Coordination & Scheduling: Managing consistent posting across all channels, ensuring timely execution using Sprout Social.
- Brand Consistency & Quality Control: Verifying all content aligns with brand guidelines before publishing.
- Content Creation Coordination: Working closely with designers, copywriters, and video editors to ensure timely and high-quality content production.
- Influencer & KOL Coordination: Managing influencer and Telegram admin (KOL) collaborations, ensuring content alignment and scheduled posts.
- Design & Video Content Requests: Issuing and tracking design/video requests, ensuring timely content delivery.
- Social Media Trend Monitoring & Reporting: Tracking performance, identifying trends, and optimizing posting strategies.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in social media operations or content coordination.
- Familiar with Sprout Social or similar tools.
- You use AI not just occasionally, but as a core part of how you think, work, and deliver results. Being AI-augmented is part of what makes you a top performer.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience managing regional social media accounts and influencer collaborations is a plus.
