About the Role

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team and help build scalable, client-facing applications. The ideal candidate is a life-long learner who knows Python, with strong analytical skills and an interest in the insurance industry.  

How you will make an impact

• Build and maintain client-facing web applications using React for the front end and Flask for the back end.
• Collaborate with the product team to design, develop, and deploy new features and functionality for our web apps and SaaS products.
• Develop and maintain APIs that integrate seamlessly with front-end interfaces and support client needs.
• Work closely with our data science and data engineering teams to build robust data pipelines and workflows.
• Develop intuitive dashboards and business intelligence tools that help our clients make data-driven decisions.

Skills needed to succeed

• 3+ years of experience as a full-stack developer, with deep expertise in React (component-based architecture, state management, hooks) and Python (Flask, API development).
• Strong experience in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end technologies like Vite.
• Proficiency with relational databases, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• A high degree of organization and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
