- Location: Bakersfield, CA (Onsite)
- Grade Levels: K-12
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Start Date: ASAP
- Caseload: Details will be discussed during the interview
- Contract Duration: Remainder of the school year, with potential extension for summer and the 2024-2025 school year
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct medical care and first aid to students and staff
- Administer medications and monitor chronic conditions
- Maintain accurate health records in compliance with school policies
- Work closely with parents, teachers, and administrators to promote student wellness
- Educate students on preventative healthcare and healthy habits
Required Qualifications:
- Active California RN License (Required)
- Experience in pediatrics or a school setting is a plus
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a school environment
