Scheduling Zoom meetings and taking, attending the Zoom & Google Meet meetings then providing CEO with Verbal (Via WhatsApp) and written briefings (PDF) afterwards2. She will be required to conduct a search on Google for anything CEO is asking for, for example: Best CPA in Houston. She needs to do a thorough search and read all the search results and the reviews and accordingly give the final result3. Handling Emails & for CEO business and for his family matters.4. Handling tasks whether for Samers Business or for his family.5. Social Medial Management: Monitoring engagement and responding to comments/messages on LinkedIn, Twitter & Youtube6. She will be working with the Web Development company regarding CEO Youtube Channel (They will be working on his youtube channel and the PAwill help with scripts for the videos. Thats why the VPA (Virtual Personal Assistant, needs to be good with using Chat GPT).7. Managing Expense Reports & Basic Book Keeping8. Making calls on behalf of the family if required.Software Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and in Google Workspace- Proficiency in platforms like Zoom and Google Meet- Social Media Skills: Knowledge of Social Media management for LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube.- Language Proficiency: Fluently in both English and Arabic Speaking/writing and reading.- Research Ability: To be skilled in online research and summarizing findings.- Good with using Chat GPT.
