With massive growth happening right now they're looking for a proactive leader who can establish the Quality department to strengthen their manufacturing processes and achieve their business goals.Identify and implement initiatives aimed at continuous improvements * Ensure the QMS is compliant to ISO 9001 standards

• Handle customer communications
• Lead cross-functional teams to create and update Process Control Plans/Manufacturing Process Plans, FMEAs, and Process Masters
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
• Set-up, monitor, and ensure adherence to quality standards, including conducting internal audits.
• Experience conducting internal and external audits

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• ISO 9001 Auditor Certification
• Experience working with ERP Systems such as SAP
• Hands-on experience with measurement tools
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Travel required
