If you love teamwork, continuous learning, and excellence, you'll fit right in!CHECK US OUT:Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Facilitation Keep vendor orders going and deliveries on pointSuccess Metric: Data entered into system is a 100% match to vendor dataSuccess Metric: Zero additional accounting entries required to correct faulty entries Coordinate vendor return processSuccess Metric: Maintain 100% accurate RMA records -with zero corrections needed at month-endManaged Services Support Billing & Data ReconciliationSuccess Metric: Billing detail reports are reviewed, compared, and updated by the last day of the month.Success Metric: Zero refunds or credits issued to a client for billing errors based on active users and devices. Create service tickets generated from phone callsSuccess Metric: All service tickets generated through phone calls are in the system immediately (average 5/day). Perform quality assurance check for completed service ticketsSuccess Metric: All tickets marked as complete should be closed or escalated to management for review by the end of each day.If This Sounds Like You
